Lords of Black is a Spanish heavy steel band fashioned in Madrid in 2014 by guitarist Tony Hernando and singer Ronnie Romero.

Historical past[edit]

First album: 2014[edit]

In 2014, guitarist Tony Hernando based Lords of Black along with vocalist Ronnie Romero. They have been joined by drummer Andres Cobos (referred to as Andy C), who had beforehand performed with Hernando within the band Saratoga. Their debut, self-titled album, was launched in Might 2014. It was produced by Hernando and Roland Grapow.[1][2]

Lords of Black II: 2015–16[edit]

Lords of Black acquired report label consideration after Ritchie Blackmore introduced that Romero can be fronting the revival of Rainbow. In early 2016, the band signed a contract with the Italian label Frontiers Information, with whom they launched their subsequent album, Lords of Black II.[3][4]

In February 2019, Argentine vocalist Diego Valdez was introduced as Romero’s alternative. The band began pre-production for a brand new album and introduced a dwell efficiency at Leyendas del Rock Competition. Throughout the efficiency, they have been joined onstage by Croatian singer Dino Jelusick. Moreover, drummer Andy C was changed by Matt de Vallejo at some stage in the competition.[10]
